Gull is situated next to Heron and is the second of our smaller properties with two bedrooms. Located at the top of Mariners Lettings, it benefits from its elevated position with bird’s eye views across the Camel Estuary towards Padstow.
Perfect for families of four, the reverse level layout combines practicality and comfort. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm and in the lounge there is a 37″ flat screen television for when the weather turns sour.

Ground floor
The reverse floor plan is perfect for a family of four. The twin and double bedroom are situated on the ground floor, with two separate bathrooms. The stairs lead onto the living area.
First floor
The first floor is an open space containing a dining, kitchen and living area, which opens out onto a spacious balcony for guests to enjoy the view from. A utility room is on this floor, which can be used to hang wetsuits in.

Short breaks are accepted outside school holidays and half terms, subject to availability with a minimum of a five nights stay. Changeover day is Thursday in the summer, school holidays and half term.
Unfortunately we do not cater for stag and hen parties.
