Port

Port is located on the end of the terrace with Captains and Anchor and has a similar layout to both properties. The house sleeps six people with two bedrooms on the ground floor and a twin room on the second floor, ideal for children.

Equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday, Port has been lovingly designed to reflect its seaside location. The living area on the middle floor is bright and modern with large glass doors which open out on to a balcony that runs the length of the building.

The living room is complete with a 37″ flat screen television with digital TV and DVD player for those rainy afternoons and there are also televisions in the ground floor bedrooms.

Ground floor

The two separate front doors open up into a twin bedroom and a double bedroom; both rooms are spacious and light. There are two bathrooms on this floor, both with baths. The stairs lead up to the living area.

First floor

The first floor is bright and modern, with a living, dining and kitchen area combined to create a large and open space. This area opens up onto a large balcony, with enough seating to accommodate extra visitors. This floor also has a WC.

Second floor

The second floor holds the second twin bedroom, which is large and light.

Changeover day

Thursdays in peak season, flexible at other times of year.

Check in and out times

Arrival from 4:30pm on check in date, departure by 10am. We offer self-check in and will send you the key box location and a key code seven days before your stay.

Dog friendly

We allow a maximum of two dogs and a charge of £30 per dog applies. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on any chairs or sofas.

All properties have Wi-Fi, accessed using a password.

Terms & Conditions

Short breaks are accepted outside school holidays and half terms, subject to availability with a minimum of a five nights stay. Changeover day is Thursday in the summer, school holidays and half term.

Unfortunately we do not cater for stag and hen parties.

Puffin is light and airy, designed to the highest standard. The open plan living area leads out on to a balcony ideal for relaxing with the papers or, an early evening drink.

The Old Customs House is a luxury period property and the ultimate in coastal chic. Located right on the slipway with stunning views of the estuary you will find it hard to leave.

Heron is the perfect Cornish bolthole, ideal for families or a romantic break for two. Situated on a hill, Heron takes advantage of the stunning views across to Padstow.
