Property Details
Old Customs House
The Old Customs House is our largest and most luxurious property. Arranged over three floors and full of character, the house is designed to impress. Customs has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and can sleep up to 12 people.
Imbued with coastal charm with its sweeping staircase and sublime sitting room, The Old Customs House is the perfect place in which to relax and unwind.
The open plan living area is well equipped to cater for large groups, with big leather sofas and a dining table which seats 12. For the domestic goddesses amongst you the kitchen contains beautiful granite worktops, a central island, plus a dishwasher and a Falcon cooker.
With glorious estuary views, a private courtyard and balcony there is plenty of opportunity to embrace the benefits of Cornish coastal living. Think sunlit afternoons and dining al fresco at sunset.
When its wild and woolly outside you will find plenty to keep you entertained indoors. There is a 42″ flat screen television with Sky TV and DVD player and plenty of nooks and crannies in which to curl up with a book.

Ground floor
The ground floor holds a double bedroom with ensuite and a twin bedroom with a bathroom next door. Both rooms have wardrobes and the stairs leads to the first floor.
First floor
The first floor is an open and spacious living area, with a dining area and large kitchen, with AGA. The living area can seat all guests and the dining area has a large dining table and a breakfast bar.
Second floor
There are three bedrooms on the second floor. One double room with an ensuite and television and another double which shares a bathroom with the third room, a twin bedroom.

Terms & Conditions
Short breaks are accepted outside school holidays and half terms, subject to availability with a minimum of a five nights stay. Changeover day is Friday in the summer, school holidays and half term.
Unfortunately we do not cater for stag and hen parties.
