Property Details
Old Customs House
The Old Customs House is our largest and most luxurious property. Arranged over three floors and full of character, the house is designed to impress. Customs has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and can sleep up to 12 people.
Imbued with coastal charm with its sweeping staircase and sublime sitting room, The Old Customs House is the perfect place in which to relax and unwind.
The open plan living area is well equipped to cater for large groups, with big leather sofas and a dining table which seats 12. For the domestic goddesses amongst you the kitchen contains beautiful granite worktops, a central island, plus a dishwasher and a Falcon cooker.
With glorious estuary views, a private courtyard and balcony there is plenty of opportunity to embrace the benefits of Cornish coastal living. Think sunlit afternoons and dining al fresco at sunset.
When its wild and woolly outside you will find plenty to keep you entertained indoors. There is a 42″ flat screen television with Sky TV and DVD player and plenty of nooks and crannies in which to curl up with a book.

Ground floor
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a utility room. Each bedroom have 3 single beds .
The stairs leads to the first floor.
First floor
The first floor is an open and spacious living area, with a dining area and large kitchen, with a Falcon cooker. The living area can seat all guests and the dining area has a large dining table.
Second floor
There are three bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom with a super king bed and large ensuite bathroom and television. One double bedroom which shares a bathroom with the third room, a twin bedroom.

Changeover day
Fridays in peak season, flexible at other times of year.
Check in and out times
Arrival from 4:30pm on check in date, departure by 10am. We offer self-check in and will send you the key box location and a key code seven days before your stay.
Dog friendly
We allow a maximum of two dogs and a charge of £30 per dog applies. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on any chairs or sofas.

Terms & Conditions
Short breaks are accepted outside school holidays and half terms, subject to availability with a minimum of a five nights stay. Changeover day is Friday in the summer, school holidays and half term.
Unfortunately we do not cater for stag and hen parties.
